The aero business cluster has critical roles to play in the agenda for transformation. It has a facilitating role to ensure the diversification of the economy and realization of the agenda for transformation. It will not be possible to build a tourism sector that is globally competitive without a good air transport sector, with reliable and quality services. At the same time, the geo strategic location of Cape Verde makes it a natural hub for air transport both for cargo and passengers.
